- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI tools

- Use automated bots to abuse the Service
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service with generated content
3. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using our tools is yours. New-Tubers retains no ownership over AI-generated outputs. However, you are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our tools use AI to generate content. AI output may not always be accurate, original, or appropriate. Always review AI-generated content before publishing. New-Tubers is not liable for the accuracy or originality of generated outputs.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
New-Tubers is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
